Arrival at Port Blair – Transfer to Havelock (Swaraj Dweep) - Leisure Day

Fly into Port Blair Airport. Our representative will meet and assist you at the Veer Savarkar International Airport. Board the waiting vehicles, drive to get transfer to Haddo Harbour to board the ferry to Havelock. Havelock Island is a picturesque island situated in the Andaman Islands. It is named after British Army General Sir Henry Havelock and is known for its pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters, making it a popular destination for diving, snorkelling, and other water sports. The island boasts of numerous natural attractions, beaches, and more. It is also home to unique marine life, including sea turtles, manta rays, and colourful coral reefs. Havelock Island is an ideal getaway for those seeking solace and serenity amidst nature. Upon arrival at the Havelock Harbour, we are meet and assisted by our team, the cab will be provided to pick-up and drop to hotel. Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep) to Port Blair – Departure

After breakfast check out from Hotel, get dropped to harbour and Return to Port Blair as per ferry timings advised. Upon return from Neil Island transfer to Port Blair Veer Savarkar International Airport & Depart Port Blair with Fond memories of these mesmerizing Islands.

In case the booking is made with hotels like Seashell group, Barefoot Resort, Taj Exotica, ITC Fortune Resort Bay Island & Coral Reef Hotel and Resort 100% payment to be done as per the cut-off date even if the booking is after 8 to 10 months, all bookings made with Seashell group of hotels are non-refundable in case of cancellation under any circumstances.

📌In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, then we shall provide similar alternate properties, change in the cost if any will be advised.

📌Ferry / Cruise Operations are purely subjected to Govt Clearance.

📌Union Territory “Andaman & Nicobar Islands” is under restricted area category please carry valid photo Identity proof issued by Govt of India.

📌In case of Political Unrest, bad weather or sudden breakdown of the vessel we may shift guest to alternative govt ferry and no refund will be entertained during that situation.

📌All the hotels on Port Blair, Havelock and Neil Island have early check out 0900hrs, guest having late afternoon flight may book additional tour accordingly.

📌Our Executive may change your itinerary depending on the weather condition and ferry availability same will be update to you daily basis.

📌 Flight Diversion & Delay Policy:
• In the unfortunate event where a guest’s scheduled flight is unable to land at the destination airport due to bad weather conditions (e.g. runway non-availability, poor visibility, storms, etc.) and the flight returns to the origin or an alternate location, full retention will be applicable. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for bookings affected by flight diversion or cancellation caused by weather-related disruptions.
• As a service provider, we are not responsible for natural or operational disruptions that impact airline schedules. We recommend guests to claim such losses with their travel insurance provider if applicable.
• In the event that a guest’s flight is diverted or unable to land at Port Blair due to bad weather conditions and the airline reschedules arrival for the next day, full retention for the missed day applies. If the flight is diverted and the guest arrives the next day, the first day of the tour will be fully chargeable. No refunds or adjustments will be provided for the missed services (including transfers, accommodation, or activities).
• The tour will resume from the next day as per the original itinerary, excluding the missed day. The remaining tour will be conducted as planned, subject to agreed terms and charges. Any hotel night, ferry, or service missed due to delayed arrival will not be refunded or rescheduled.
• Advisory: We recommend guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen travel interruptions caused by weather. Please note that bad weather conditions are beyond the control of the airline and the tour operator.
